KELD means 'source' and 'spring' in Scandinavian languages. We treat every project as a source, the starting point of the right decisions. Now we're using that source to build our own software products.

The Right Tool
We don't tie ourselves to a single technology. At the start of every project we re-evaluate performance, security, ecosystem maturity, long-term support and sustainability. We base our decisions on the project's real needs, not on trends.

We keep nothing from our clients. We share risks early, build a realistic margin into our time estimates, and we're the first to explain the reason behind any delay. Even in situations where we'd have to say "impossible," we prefer to say "possible under these conditions" and find a way forward.

For us, a project doesn't end at delivery. SLA-based support, monthly security updates and scale monitoring are an inseparable part of our standard process. It matters to us that our clients can understand, and take over when needed, their own systems.

Remote-First
Based in Turkey, we work with clients from anywhere in the world. Thanks to the async-first culture we've adopted, time zone differences don't affect the efficiency of our communication.
Sprint Cycles
We move forward in one- or two-week sprint cycles. At the end of each sprint we deliver working software and get client sign-off, keeping the process free of surprises and predictable.
Weekly Demos
We hold a short demo call every week. We review progress together and fold your feedback into the process right away.
Open Tools
We track projects in Notion, manage code in GitHub and handle design in Figma. You can integrate with your own systems or use our existing setup.
