frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions we hear most often.
No, our first meeting is always free. In this meeting, we get to know your project, answer your questions, and decide on the right approach together. There's no proposal or commitment involved.
We follow Discovery → Architecture → Design → Development → QA & Security → Launch → Maintenance. We deliver a working product at the end of every sprint and stay closely aligned with you through weekly demo calls. Thanks to our CI/CD infrastructure, every change is tested automatically.
We take a technology-agnostic approach and aren't tied to a single stack. For web projects we mostly use Next.js, for mobile React Native or Expo, and on the server side Node.js or Go. We always make the final technology decision together, based on what your project needs.
Yes, we provide maintenance, updates, and technical support after delivery. The scope of support and SLA terms are defined per project, and we also offer packages with 24/7 availability for emergencies.
This depends on the complexity and scope of the project: a simple corporate website and a modular ERP system don't require the same budget. After clarifying your needs together in the first meeting, we provide transparent pricing.
We reply within 24 hours. Even in busy stretches we try not to exceed that; at the very least you get a note saying we received your request and when a detailed answer is coming.
No. We build our own software products and fund that journey with select client projects. Both get the same care — client work is not second-class work here.
Web development, mobile apps, enterprise software, and API & integration. When a request falls outside these four, we would rather point you to the right team than force the fit.
Please do. The idea-stage option in the form exists precisely for this. Turning an unformed idea into work with a defined scope is often exactly what the first conversation is about.
Yes. We are based in Turkey and work remotely. Meetings happen online, and we prefer to keep communication written and traceable throughout the project.
Nowhere. The form opens your own email app with the details filled in; you send the message yourself. Nothing passes through our servers or a third-party sending service — all we receive is the email you send.
